Schedule: This job needed to done ASAP with substantial liquidated damages if it was not completed on time.

The NFS Solution:

Our team got to work immediately upon award of the contract to build in as much efficiency into the prefabbed assemblies as possible. The metal studs were assembled with blocking, bundled and shipped to the job site in just three days. The construction schedule then gave us six days to install the wall framing. Our team completed the job in three. Our system is not only beneficial for critical schedules but it allows the installation crew to be on the road less.
