Preventative Maintenance and Social Distancing

The FRAMECAD® design and build system is the most compliant system in the world for producing cold-formed steel. The relatively small CFS machines are incredibly efficient. Each of our two production units can output up to 2,300 linear feet of studs per hour with a single operator.

During the first quarter, we scheduled and conducted preventative maintenance to keep our system running at peak performance. Before COVID-19, we brought in a technician from FRAMECAD to breakdown our machines, perform system checks, and replace any worn parts.

We also completed our annual ICC Audit. This process was conducted by an independent agency to ensure compliance with strict manufacturing protocols and quality control processes.

In this time of social distancing, job site health and safety is the highest priority. Our in-house production facility is fully operational to help customers keep schedules moving. Now more than ever, the more work that can be done off-site the better for everyone.
